Plánování oprav a rekonstrukcí na základě fyzické životnosti objektu

Abstract

The thesis is focused on the issue of planning repairs and reconstruction of a physical object on the basis of the physical life of the building, and creation of a model plan for preventive maintenance checks and revisions. The theoretical part describes the theoretical basis of prevention plans. The following are the terms that are related to the topic of the thesis, such as a life cycle of buildings, wear, maintenance, inspection, revision and dividing of these aspects. The practical part is applied to the administrative building Algraf located in Olomouc, where the details of the various components of the building are described. The detailed analysis of the building is connected with developing the model plan for follow-up inspections, maintenance and the master plan of revisions. Next part of the thesis is the plan of repairs and reconstruction created by using a software tool called Buildpass. Finally, the practical part summarizes the technical and juridical regulations.
