Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá zachycením a analýzou business procesů reálné firmy. V úvodu je popsán současný stav řízení a organizace firmy. Dále jsou popsány metody, používané pro zachycení a analýzu business procesů. Je provedeno jejich zhodnocení vůči účelu této diplomové práce a pro tento účel zvolena nejvhodnější metoda zachycení business procesů. Následuje popis jednotlivých business procesů.

The purpose of the thesis is the interception and analysis of business processes of a real firm. In the introduction, the current status of the management and the organization of the firm is described. With that, methods used for business process interception and analysis are desribed. Their evaluation against the purpose of this thesis is realized and for this purpose, the best method for business process interception is offered. Then, a description of particular business processes after that follows.
