Řešení zdravotechnických instalací v objektu rodinného domu

Abstract

Úkolem bakalářské práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace v rozsahu pro provádění stavby dle vyhlášky 499/2006 Sb. Projekt je rozdělen na stavební část a zdravotechniku. Stavební část řeší dvoupodlažní dům se sedlovou střechou, určeného pro trvalé užívání čtyřmi osobami. Část zdravotechniky je zaměřena na vnitřní vodovod a ohřev teplé vody. Je zpracováno několik variant ohřevu. Poté jsou porovnány jejich investiční a provozní náklady.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is a contract documentation including according to the ordinance 499/2006. The whole project is divided into two parts – the construction part and the sanitary one. The construction part deals with two-storey family house with gabled roof, designed for a household consisting of four people. The sanitary section focuses on the indoor plumbing as well as the water heating. There are described several ways of the heating process. Afterwards the thesis compares its capital expenditures and operating costs.
