Abstract
The diploma thesis deals with engineering-geological evaluation of the selected section flood-protection dams of the river Ostravice using geophysical methods. GPR method was used, which can determine the basic geological interface and for clarification was subsequently applied electric resistivity tomography method, which is based on the measuring of soil measuring resistivity. Based on the evaluation of both methods may suppose structures evince different properties, whether significant granularity differences in the radargram or different measuring resistivities of the method ERT. Based on the measurement can also determine the suitability of both methods.
