Finanční analýza akciové společnosti AGC Automotive Czech a.s.

Abstract

This thesis analyzes the financial situation of the joint stock company AGC automotive Czech a.s. The company is one of the largest automotive glass manufacturers in Europe with annual production exceeding 32 million pieces. AGC supplies windscreens to the largest automakers in Europe. The analysis of the company was carried out on the basis of ratios of profitability, activity, liquidity and indebtedness. The influence of analytical indicators that determine the synthetic indicator was defined in Du-Pont pyramidal decomposition. Creditworthiness and bankruptcy models in this work indicate the current situation and allow financial prediction. Spider analysis interpreted the comparison and interaction of profitability, activity, liquidity and stability in individual years of the observed period.
