Abstract

The subject of the bachelor thesis titled „Analysis of Possibility to Implement Acceptance Sampling of Incoming Material at Door Lock Production“ is to find out if the new way of inspection with the help of acceptance sampling could be effectively used in the company. In the theoretical part there is introduced the company and the division of inspection and the acceptance sampling are described. In the practical part the analysis of present status of the input control is carried out along with the suggestion and application of the acceptance sampling on the selected input material. In the end of the thesis the approximate costs of the analyzed forms of input controls are compared, then the evaluation is carried out and the most convenient solution for the company is proposed.
