Abstract

The subject of the first part is design and assessment of reinforced concrete load bearing structure. The structure is formed by reinforced concrete frames, beams, and slabs. The stairway is designed and assessed as well. Assessments are done according to valid standards. The second part comprises of assessment procedure of the old buildings, brief evaluation of the real properties before the renovation and probabilistic assessment of carbonated layer on the column. Also the needed drawings of disposition and drawings of shoring are made.
