Analýza a návrh systému řízení zásob v podniku chemického průmyslu

Abstract

The work deals with the management of stock of material for purchase in the selected company. With the help of available literature, it focuses on the baseline situation in society, describes the current inventory management system and suggests improvement measures. The aim of this diploma thesis is to change the existing system in order to reduce inventory. The starting point of the work is ABC analysis of material items made in stock material.
