Abstract
This thesis deals with the processing of user requirements in the implementation of information system. The aim was to optimize the existing collection of information, significantly enlarging it and choose the form of processing of the information.
Necessary intermediate step was modeling process from different workers on the basis of which it was possible to optimize one of the main questionnaires.
The company was originally using two questionnaires, which gradually gave enough, a lot of information was not recorded and their questionnaires had not a uniform form.
After evaluating the present condition, first was proposed questionnaire hierarchy, which includes seven questionnaires, five of which are designed in a specific form.
In next part a system for processing information from the questionnaires is proposed. There are three variants designed to create such as self IS running on the web interface, collection and processing through Google forms and a new module for Dialog 3000S focusing on the collection of information.
In the last part proposed solutions are compared and put into contrast with the processing of paper questionnaires. Based on the evaluation results according to various criteria, it is recommended the best solution and alternative solution.
With the new solution, the company will be able to share information, evaluate information and reaches indirect cost savings.
