Abstract

The mining industry presents specific challenges that can significantly impact the success or failure of a project. This thesis focuses on the analysis and planning of mining activities in the Šárka quarry in Budišov nad Budišovkou until 2040. After introducing the mining enterprise and examining geological conditions and reserves, the thesis concentrates on optimizing mining processes to achieve maximum economic results. Furthermore, it addresses the analysis and proposal of optimizing transportation routes for materials destined for processing and finished products.
