Snížení zmetkovitosti výrobku ve firmě automobilového průmyslu

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřená na snížení zmetkovitosti výrobků ve výrobním podniku Baur Formschaumtechnik s.r.o. V teoretické části jsou nejprve popsány základní pojmy týkající se kvality a systému managementu, výroby, neshodného výrobku. Poté teorie pokračuje popisem základních nástrojů a metod jakosti. V praktické části je nejprve charakterizován zkoumaný podnik. Informace zahrnují organizační strukturu podniku, jeho historický vývoj, předmět podnikání a další základní údaje. Dále následuje analýza neshod u třech vybraných výrobků, za použití Paretova diagramu, Ishikawa diagramu a na závěr jsou vypracovány doporučení ke zlepšení, mimo jiné jde o zavedení a použití metody 5S na vybraných pracovištích.

The diploma thesis is focused on reducing the reject of products in the production company Baur Formschaumtechnik s.r.o. In the theoretical part are describes the basic concepts related to quality and management system, production, nonconforming product. Then the theory continues with the description of basic quality tools and methods. In the practical part is firstly characterized the examined company. The information includes the organizational structure of the company, his historical development, the subject of business and other basic data. Then there is the analysis of nonconformities in three selected products, using the Pareto diagram, the Ishikawa diagram, and recommendations for improvement are developed, including the introduction and use of the 5S method in selected workplaces.
