Technologický postup provádění rekonstrukce ploché střechy

Abstract

Bachelor thesis is focused on preparation of project documentation for building permit of apartment building. Property is located on plot no. 3980, Ostrava-Poruba cadaster. Property has rectangular floor plan with proportions of 15,9 x 31,4 metres. It is a three-storey building with one underground and two aboveground floors. Second part of thesis is technological process used for flat roof reconstruction. Existing roof cladding structure did not meet the requirements from the thermal technical point of view. Roof cladding also enabled water vapour condensation. Original structure was replaced by a new composition. This roof composition meets thermal technology requirements, particularly the heat transfer coefficient. Water vapour condensation is not happening in the construction
