Abstract

The assignment of the bachelor thesis was elaboration of the project documentation for construction of the family house with greater variety of rainwater utilization. Project is composed of two main parts – construction part and design part of the internal water conduit system – sanitary part. In the construction part is designed family house with ground floor, garret and saddle roof. In the sanitary part internal water conduit system is designed and moreover separate water conduit system is designed for utilization rainwater for toilet flushing, for laundry services and for garden watering. Water conduit is designed for 5 residents. In the conjunction with designed water system is also proposed internal rain water sewer system and appropriate water storage reservoir. Payback time was also calculated for designed water system.
