The object of this thesis „Analysis of Employees Satisfaction Factors in a Production Company“ is the analyse of employees satisfaction in concrete company. The thesis is divited in 3 parts. In the first part is determinate motivation, stimulation and employee benefits, then theories of motivation and job satisfaction including the identification of thein factors. In addition, they are also defined research methods used in the thesis. The second part deals with put mind to characteristics of this company. The third part is centred on analyse employees satisfaction factors in concrete company.
