Abstract

The goal of my diploma thesis is based on the analysis of the legislation on remuneration and specific business practices to determine whether their created remuneration system is or is in accordance with their legislation, to find any deviations from the law and suggest possible solutions. The theoretical part of this thesis will contain the definition of basic concepts that characterize the passage of employee remuneration. It will discuss the wage legislation and the principles applied in remuneration, definition of wage and wage functions. There will also be defined various forms of wage, minimum wage, guaranteed wage, statutory payments additional, maturity and payment of wages, wage compensation, negotiation, determination a fixing of wage and will also be devoted to finding out the average earnings. The practical part of my thesis will be focus on the implementation of the information described in theory in practice of Kofola a.s. company. In this part will be define specific conditions of employee remuneration of the company. It will contain information about division of employees for purposes of remuneration, method of negotiation or determination of wages for different groups of employees, the way of provide the bonus, rewarding employees.
