Abstract

The aim of this bachelor´s work was to find out the competitiveness of VESPOL firm – association of Jirka Garnol by using specific methods and inform owners about the real situation.

Main appraisal is focused to explain all problems and issues and each chapter of this document provides deeply and understandably information logically conected and avaiable for farther use.

In introduction is described the significance of chosen theme of this work and the aim is assigned.

The second chapter contains explanation of basic terms, theory and methods that are used for the evaluation for obtained data. The significant factors influencing appraisal are also described in this chapter. At the end are presented used methods such Porter’s model five-powers, SPACE and SWOT analyze and last but not least used method was monitoring of entrepreneurial environment inside the firm.

In practical part were all earlier mentioned methods processed in details. By using this methods were obtained important information such as strong and weak points of the association, significant factors influencing business and other facts. All obtained information form the basis for following synthesis contained in the next chapter.

In the forth chapter are all obtained information processed and evaluated. Suggestions and recommendations are proposed.

At the end is evaluated if the assigned aim of this work was fulfill.
