Abstract

The thesis deals dispute of solution with rights of use in waterworks and water streams, considering both theoretical and legislative point of view. The thesis expresses the division of rights of use from different views, and familiarizes the reader with the most important terminology which can be encountered during the establishment of rights of use in waterworks and water streams. Last but not least, there are particular procedures for concluding easements described in the thesis. One of the objectives of the thesis is to point out the existing equivocally interpretable situations during establishing of rights of use and to provide possible solution applicable in practise.
