Abstract
The aim of the thesis was the Segmentation on the Market of Cash Management Systems, particulary of MARK Servis company. The task was to segment company customers and find out how the individual segments are involved in the total sales of the company with the pareto analysis. In the first chapter, there is mentioned a description of the company itself. Another part focuses on theoretical foundations. It describes general characteristics of the market segmentation, customers and pareto analysis. Subsequently, the main objective and the metodology of market analysis follows, where the problem is explained. In the analytical part itself, there are described results of the analysis including graphs. This part comprises suggestions and recommendations for possible improvement of communications with customers. The final part is a summary of the whole thesis.
