Možnosti optimalizace parametrů oscilace krystalizátoru pro nízké odlévací rychlosti během plynulého odlévání oceli

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the optimization of mould oscillation parameters for low casting speeds during continuous steel casting. Thesis contains five main chapters. The first chapter describes the basics of continuous casting machine and outlines the oscillation of the mould. The second chapter discusses in detail the course of the oscillation cycle and its parameters. The third chapter deals with the mechanism of oscillation marks. The fourth chapter deals with the setting of oscillation parameters for different steel grades and problematics of optimization of these parameters for low casting speeds. The last fifth chapter deals with the analysis of Czech and foreign literary knowledge in the field of setting oscillation parameters for low casting speeds. Various optimal settings of the mould oscillation parameters are discussed here, which will help to improve lubrication, shell compression, reduce the consumption of casting powders and especially reduce the depth of oscillation marks, which ensures a better surface of continuously cast castings.
