Optimalizace interní logistiky pro malosériovou výrobu v automobilovém průmyslu

Abstract

This master thesis deals with Optimalization of International Logistic for small series production in the Automotive Industry in connection to increasing production needs. The first part is focused on the theory where lean management is defined. Then lean business principles, waste and lean manufacturing tools are described. Second part of the master thesis is about increase in production volume, importing stocks of material to avoid production downtime and to be redundant. The knowledge from theoretical work is applied and recommendations for the company to improve the following orders are proposed.
