Návrh odškodnění podnikatelského subjektu na základě nezbytného přesídlení

Abstract

This thesis proposes a compensation process of business entities on the grounds of their necessary relocation from the upper town of Horní Jiřetín and village Černice, both of them standing above the bearing, high-grade brown coal and thus preventing the continuation of mining quarry of CSA. Resettlement is triggered by settlement agreements in the release of foreground for the extraction of raw materials. In the first part of the thesis are listed the legislative regulations and historical context, in the second part the thesis deals with the mining process of brown coal mine of CSA and the third part focuses on businesses, that are concerned by a possible relocation. At the conclusion this work recommends a procedure for resolving conflicts of interest in the given territory.
