Abstract
This work deals with resistance of a small submontane watercourse towards considerable influence of anthropogenic activity. During monitoring 13 kilometers long part of Trusovice stream we could document the occurance of biota and determine how it is related to individual natural locations, which are typical just for this area. Further we monitored self cleaning ability of this stream. We took into account the results of monitoring macrozoobentos as an indicator of water quality and of the state of the environment.
