Abstract

The bachelor thesis on the theme „Activities and Financial Management of Voluntary Association of Municipalities “ deals with the general problems with voluntary municipality unions in the Czech republic. The main objective of this bachelor thesis is description of financial management in an union of towns and municipalities. The abstract part of this work is focused on the general description of such union – its foundation, economy and liquidation. The practical part is focused on a concrete union - The Údolí Desné - Union of Municipalities. In this part is described financial management of the union and its basic characteristics.
