ABSTRACT

The Thesis will focus on the formation of audiovisual programs for the Planetarium Ostrava. The programs are created using several ways. They can be made utterly for own account or an external specialist can be invited for cooperation. Alternatively, based on the license, the fully complete program may be purchased. The Thesis will seek to describe in detail these three ways of making and clarify who subsequently holds copyrights on audiovisual programs. In case of the programs that are designed by the method of self-creation, the Thesis aims to establish an economic model that will make it easier to calculate the total cost. The first part of the Thesis will be dedicated to the history of astronomy in the Ostrava region and the establishment of the observatory and planetarium of Johann Palisa. Moreover, this part will also explain the economic and legal concepts that will be mentioned furter in the Thesis. The practical part will deal with formation of calculations for the establishment of the program for the own account as well as with detail analysis of the two other ways of program making.
