Abstract
This thesis deals with the selection and adaptation of employees. The aim of this thesis was to design trainee program for graduates of chemical and pharmaceutical fields. The proposal trainee program was carried out for the needs of a specific enterprise to implement it. It was a pharmaceutical producer with a long tradition.
