Abstract

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to set up business plan for a language school Brána jazyků, s. r. o. The theoretical part will describe all the necessary theory for the successful set up of this plan. The practical part is consequently compiled a business plan for a specific company, including financial plan. The thesis concludes with a summary of the prerequisites of success and following recommendations.
