Abstract
The thesis is focused od the comparison of the accounting and tax in the Czech republic and the Slovak republic. Firts two chapters are devoted to a brief comparison of the accounting and tax in both countries. In the next chapter is comparison personal income taxes, corporate income taxes, wealth taxes and accounting in both countries.
