Management invazního druhu Helianthus tuberosus v oblasti CHKO Poodří - návrh optimálního řešení

Abstract

The diploma thesis follows up on the bachelor's thesis with the main goal of finding optimal methods for reducing the population of the invasive species Helianthus tuberosus (jerusalem artichoke). This plant is an invasive, non-native species extending into a geographically non-native area, where it adversely affects native vegetation by displacing native species from natural area. This work consists of a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical one describes the basic characteristics of the Poodří Protected Landscape Area, the problems of plant invasion and the possibilities of liquidation management for selected species. The practical unit studies the ecological analysis of the population of Helianthus tuberosus.
