Abstract
The thesis deals with the application of selected management tools and their evaluation. The theoretical part defines the need, goals, control and control. The theoretical part contains selected indicators of financial analysis. The practical part is focused on management in a selected company. The company, its organizational structure and basic financial analysis are presented here. Currently, selected management tools are being used and their benefits are evaluated.
