Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the risk assessment and the processing of the local operational safety rules for the workplace of the testing polygon monorail. The theoretical part of the thesis provides a broad introduction to the issue of risk management and suspension transport. The practical part concerns a description of a current state of the workplace, identification, analysis and evaluation of the risks and the measures are proposed. At the end of the thesis the proposed local operational safety rules for the workplace are described. On the basis of the obtained information about the workplace, a further approach to this issue is proposed. The objective of the thesis is to carry out the risk assessment at the workplace of the testing polygon monorail and to propose an operational safety rule for the given workplace.
