Rozhodování generace Z při výběru ubytování v zahraničí

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis examines the behavior and decision-making of Generation Z when choosing accommodation abroad. The basis for consumer decision-making is described and the tourism market is characterized. These chapters present relevant theoretical knowledge, which is then used to prepare the research. Subsequently, this research is compiled, conducted, and its results are analyzed and interpreted. At the end of the thesis, recommendations and suggestions for foreign accommodation services are determined, which can help them better adapt to the needs and requirements of Generation Z. In this thesis, readers are offered a comprehensive view of the behavior, preferences, and decision-making of a complete segment of Generation Z in the tourism market and the opportunity to apply the acquired knowledge in practice.
