Vývoj posuzování existujících stavebních konstrukcí z pohledu požární bezpečnosti

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce vytvoření přehledu o vývoji posuzování stávajících stavebních konstrukcí z pohledu požární bezpečnosti a zhodnocení změn při posuzování těchto konstrukcí. Práce se zabývá historii požární bezpečnosti, jeho vývojem v zákonech, normativních dokumentech a Eurokódech. Zabývá se klasifikací požárních odolností a posuzování konstrukčních dílců. Pojednává o souběžné platnosti českých technických norem a Eurokódů, zrušení konfliktních norem a úplném zavedení Eurokódů do českých technických norem. V neposlední řadě se zabývá postupem hodnocení existujících stavebních konstrukcí. A nakonec zhodnocení změn ve vývoji posuzování existujících konstrukcí z hlediska požární bezpečnosti.

The aim of of this thesis an overview of the evolution in the Assessment of Existing Building Constructions from the Point of View of Fire Safety and assess changes in the Assessment these Building Constructions. The work deals with the history of Fire Safety, his development in the law, the Normative Documents and the Eurocodes. Deals with the Classification of the Fire Resistance and the Assessment of the Structural Elements. It discusses the concurrent validity in the Czech Technical Norms and the Eurocodes, repealing conflict standards and the full implementation the Eurocodes to the Czech technical norms. Finally, the procedure deals with evaluating Existing Building. Finally, evaluation of changes in Development evaluation of Existing Building Constructions in terms of Fire Safety.
