Analýza vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Subject of bachelor work is an analysis of employee education and developement, concretely processes of identification, planning, realization and evaluation of education in a selected company - OKD, Inc. Goal is an analysis of current status of processes in the company, compare them with theoretical sources and on the basis of SWOT analysis suggest solutions in problematic spheres.

First part is an introduction, which presents identification with problems, second part includes theoretical sources, which are necessary for build-up. Third part forms informations about company, OKD, Inc. Fourth, practical part, is concerned with practical findings about education and development processes ongoing in organization, including SWOT analysis based on comparsion of theoretical sources and practical sides. Fifth part contains suggests and recommendation for improvement based on performed analysis. Sixth, final part contains general summary of work.
