Problematika úroku z prodlení a vliv času na hodnotu peněz v českém právu

Abstract

In my work I gather information on what is the influence of time from the standpoint of law and how to compensate negative effects of time to the value of money. Next goal is to compare legal institutes which are related to time. Thus I use the comparative method. As the title of this work states, I also deal with the interest on late payment and its course during the history. Because of its seemingly discreet nature which is regardless still capable to affect our finances, the influence of time should be considered in every financial investment.
