Indukční zušlechtění uhlíkových ocelí po válcování

Abstract

Submitted bachelors work had the aim to judge heat treatment of carbon grade C45 by induction way on refining line in Třinecké železárny, a.s. In introduction theoretical part is indicated basis of induction heating, cooling and parameters, which influence heat treatment on refining line as power, frequency and time of heating. In experimental part was realized analysis of heat treatment results of carbon grade C45 in laboratory conditions and evaluation of mechanical tests and metallographic analysis in three bars dimensions for various regimes of quenching and in one case also for further tempering. Results of experimental work will be recommended to the plant for improvement of production on refining line.
