Polyfunkční domy a proměna profilu na Bohumínské v městskou třídu v Ostravě

Abstract

The topic of my thesis is the design of multipurpose buildings and transformation Bohumínská profile on city street in Ostrava . In it, I try to propose solutions to the problem areas in Ostrava , which is a street Bohumínská . Today, this road is considered a barrier that divided the city into two parts and is dangerous for pedestrians . Projects are possible solutions to this problem.

In this work we propose to establish urban class, which is incorporated into this street happening city. This work deals with the transformation of the urban street Bohumínská class , which consists of polyfunctional houses. These buildings are used as shops , offices and apartments. At the same time I deal with and reduce noise from above the road on which traffic is great . Some options to solve this problem is to use trees , which can also provide summer shade and hot seasons while more pleasant and revitalize the area. Another way to reduce noise is to use lining the façade with CETRIS acoustic panels .

Due to the fact that the complex is located near landmarks of Silesian Ostrava, therefore Hall, at the same time trying to stand out this unique architectural buildings . The houses are designed to meet this requirement .

This proposal would also like to attract to the site's city dwellers and revived so this place and its surroundings.
