Abstract

The thesis is focuses on the satisfaction measurement with Bata Canal services. The main aim of this thesis was to analyze the satisfaction of the Bata Canal´s visitors. Theoretical part explains basic terms which are related to satisfaction and services. In a practical part was realized analysis based on questionnaire survey. In closing part, suggestions and recommendations are stated which might help as an improvement of Bata Canal visitor´s satisfaction.
