Analýza využívání statistických nástrojů v hutním podniku

Abstract

The theme of this bachelor´s work is "Analysis of the Statistical Tools Use in the Metallurgical Enterprise". The aim of this work is to map existing procedures using simple statistical tools, quality management tools and work with data focusing on disagreements analysis in one of the running of metallurgical enterprise. In the theoretical part of work, there are various methods and instruments described. Brief characteristics of metallurgical company and it´s operation are outlined, where this work was realized including description of the implemented quality management system and environmental management system. The practical part describes the statistical methods system management and focuses on the analysis of existing processes using statistical tools and statistical methods use degree for analysis of disagreements. The last chapter deals with recommendations and suggestions for the present level improving.
