Posouzení procesu stáčení a plnění železničních cisteren ve skladech s ropnými produkty

Abstract

Předložená diplomová práce se věnuje problematice stáčení a plnění železničních cisteren ropnými produkty ve firmě ČEPRO a.s. Úvodní část zobecňuje charakteristiky jednotlivých ropných materiálů a jejich vlastností s návaznosti na jejich manipulací a také popisuje společnost jako takovou. V další části je popis procesu stáčení a plnění železničních cisteren na což je navázáno posouzení stávajícího manuálu pro stáčení a plnění železničních cisteren a následné přepracování a zjednodušení pro lepší srozumitelnost obsluhy. Závěr práce vyhodnocuje současné dokumenty pro manipulaci a práci při přečerpávání a návrh pro jeho zlepšení. Cílem diplomové práce je zjednodušit a navrhnout manuál pro stáčení a plnění železničních cisteren ropnými produkty.

The submitted thesis is devoted to the issue of bottling and filling of railway tanks with petroleum products in the company ČEPRO a.s. The opening section generalizes the characteristics of individual petroleum materials and their properties following their handling and also describes the company as such. The next part is a description of the bottling and filling process of railway tanks, which is followed by an assessment of the existing manual for bottling and filling of railway tanks and subsequent reworking and simplification for better clarity of the operator. The conclusion of the work evaluates the current documents for manipulation and overdraft work and the proposal for its improvement. The thesis aims to simplify and design a manual for the bottling and filling of railway tanks with petroleum products.
