Abstract
The experiment about influence of parameters of galvanizing is describes at this work. The influence of length of immersion and the speed of galvanization on the quantity, the structure of zinc coating and on the surface of patenting-galvanizing wire was observed at this experiment. As well as the effect of backward tension was adjudicated to quantity, compactness and uniformity of zinc coating. The backward tension is use for the prevention of wires vibration before entry the wires to the zinc bath.
The zinc has enough anticorrosion effect for all time when cover the surface of steel. The dip hot galvanising is doing by going of the wire through the zinc bath with melt zinc. It is very large using process due to fact, that the zinc form the anodic protection, is possible to check relative easily the quantity of zinc coating, it has good adhesion of the zinc coating to wire surface, the coating is nice. The process is also economically effective.
