Abstract

The bachelor thesis called Evaluation of the Supervisory Authority of the Czech Trade Inspection Authority in Organized Events from the Perspective of Consumer Protection from Unfair and Aggressive Business Practices is focused on the development of organized events and evaluation of the Czech Trade Inspection Authority's supervisory activities in inspections of these events. The thesis briefly mentions information related to consumer protection against unfair and aggressive business practices and further attention is paid to the characteristics of the supervisory body, which is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority in the area of supervision of these practices. At the end of the thesis are given suggestions and recommendations to the most vulnerable groups of consumers, which are mostly seniors, or. children.
