Rozbor nehody cisternového návěsu pro transport nebezpečných věcí

Abstract

The theoretical part of the thesis contains informations about the current legislative regulation at the international and national level, and the characteristic features of traffic accidents are analyzed here, together with the presentation of statistical data on traffic accidents with the presence of dangerous substances in the Czech Republic for the last 10 years. The work also focuses on the causes that can cause a traffic accident and the subsequent extraordinary event, which, together with its manifestations and possible consequences, is further addressed in the last chapter of this part. The practical part focuses on familiarization with a specific traffic accident, a description of the properties of the cooled liquid oxygen that was transported at the time of the accident, and the subsequent examination of the causes that were found by performing a risk analysis using the method specified in the standard ČSN EN 61025 – Analysis of the tree of failure states. The result of the practical part is the design of suitable measures, which have the task of reducing the probability of a similar accident situation and measures that minimize the possible consequences in the event of a leak of the given product.
