Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the improvement of the current condition of the occupational safety and health in the nail production company, with regard to the risk assessment. The first part of the thesis describes the legal regulations concerning OSH as well as the company's characteristics. The second part is aimed at assessing the current condition of occupational health and safety in the company. In the next part of the thesis, we can find the issues of risk management with a focus on risk assessment and its results. The last part of the thesis is focused on the possible improvement proposal of the current condition of occupational health and safety at the company.
