Abstract

The goal of the diploma thesis is to assess the energy performance of industrial buildings, to proposal measures for cost-optimal level and demonstrate compliance with the requirements of the applicable laws and regulations. Assessment means calculation of the amount of energy accordance with Act No. 318/2012 Coll. [3], which is needed to meet the energy demand related to using of the building, especially for heating, cooling, ventilation, humidity-adjusting air, prepare hot water and lighting. The proposal in accordance with Decree No. 480/2012 Coll. [5] means to measure reviewed by the Energy opinion with economic, technical and environmental assessment of alternative solutions. The demonstrating means the fulfillment of the conditions of Decree No. 78/2013 Coll. [4] with elaborated the Energy Performance Certificate, which is the tool for the classification of the existing building.
