Abstract
The thesis aims to determine the value of the company DASR, Ltd. The theoretical part is dedicated to defining the basic concepts associated with the valuation of the company and a description of the various valuation methods. The application part deals with the characteristics of enterprise DASR, Ltd. and selected analyzes internal and external environment. Furthermore we applied specific valuation methods. In the final chapter, these methods are evaluated and designed recommendations for the company.
