Supervisor: Ing. Jiří Teslík, Ph.D. The subject of the diploma thesis is a project for the construction of a multifunctional building within the given scope. The multifunctional building is a five-story structure. The thesis includes a technical report on the construction part, a technical report on the static part, drawing documentation, a thermal-technical assessment of the perimeter structures, a static calculation of the reinforced concrete staircase, a static calculation of the stress in the foundation joint, and a building energy performance certificate together with an energy label for the building envelope.
