Abstract

The work is devoted to the forest valuation. It is divided into three thematic units. It establishes a hypothesis and one goal. The first part of this thesis deals with custody of the work on public policy, the general characteristics of the structure of forests in the Czech Republic, rights and obligations of forest owners, forest functions and purpose of the valuation methods used in valuation and explanation of formulas. The second part of this work is a great community Ujezd, further specifies the subject of awards and then determines the value of the forest using selected valuation methods. In the final part is a comparison of selected methods of valuation applied the selected woods. Summary of the objectives of the work and verified hypothesis. The key legislative standards at the time of the diploma work is Act No. 289/1995 Coll., Act No. 151/2007 Coll. and Decree No. 3/2008 Coll., as amended.
