Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis named „Managing Director of Own Company“ discusses, in both its theoretical and its practical part, the beginnings and issues of setting up, starting and managing a business. The theoretical part of the thesis explains and describes the basic concepts associated with the problematic of setting up, starting and managing a business, knowledge of which is paramount for business. The practical part of this thesis consists of 2 parts, whereby the first part focuses on step by step setting up of a fictional limit liability company and the second part is focusing on its business plan. The business plan consists of a marketing plan that is covering company and its business environment, marketing and pricing strategy, then SWOT analysis and also financial plan which is analysing financial conditions of a company and the optimal threshold for a good start and subsequent development and growth of a company. The purpose of this thesis is to create a basic guide explaining setting up, establishment and .running of a business.
