Motivace a stimulace zaměstnanců v konkrétním podniku

Abstract

This bachelor is focused on the issue of motivation and stimulation of employees. The aim of the thesis is to assess current state of the surveyed corporation in the area of motivation and stimulation of employees and to propose measures that will help to create the conditions for workers to be willing and able to improve their working performance. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. First part is theoretical, second part is the application. The first part clarifies the differences between motivation and motive, stimulation and stimulus. The resources of motivation and different motivational theories are also described in this part. In the second part, the corporation Bono auto s.r.o, its departments and human sources are described. There is a summary of selected stimulating factors in the firm, which are subsequently analyzed using a questionnaire survey. Diagnosis of current situation is performed on the basis of the survey and at the same time proposals and recommendation to improve employees’ performance are suggested. The questionnaire which was presented to the employees and the organizational structure of the company are annexed to the thesis.
