Abstract
The objective of this work is to make low-energy house project planning for building control, which consists of two parts:
First part - design documentation of low-energy house.
Second part - technical report focused on the characteristics of structures, technological plan for the realization of the underlying structures, evaluation criteria according to IEC 730540-2 (2007), energy label of the building coating and itemized budget focused on sub-base construction.
Energy-saving house is designed as a two-storey, flat-roofed, with cellar and single roof. Part of the house is also garage parking for one vehicle. The purpose of building low-energy house is to offer dwelling for a family of four.
